Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We offer catering services for events including but not limited to private parties, functions, events upto 100, and special occasions. All services are subject to availability.

2. Orders and Payments

• Orders must be placed a minimum of [insert notice period] before the event date.

• A deposit of  50% is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid at the pickup. 

• We accept payments via cash and other P2P payment networks. 

Note: No order is confirmed until the deposit is received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made [ 7 days] or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may forfeit the deposit.

• In the unlikely event we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund.

4. Changes to Orders

• Any changes to orders (menu, headcount, timing) must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event.

• We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We strive to accommodate allergies and dietary needs. However:

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any specific allergies or restrictions.

• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from all allergens.

6. Event Setup and Responsibilities

• We are not responsible for any setup. 

• Any damages to our equipment during the event may be chargeable to the client.

• We reserve the right to leave if conditions are unsafe for our staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including menus,logos, and branding, are our property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).

• Loss or damage not directly caused by our negligence.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of  New Jersey  without regard to its conflict of law principles.
